Refund policy

Please Read over the following before requesting a return:

  • Returns must be marked within 15 days of receiving the shipment, no exceptions.
  • If the return shows any sign of wear, smells of spray or oils, deodorant, makeup or animal hair it wont be accepted as a return.
  • Please give a reason why you are returning the item/items
  • All returned items will be store credit only 
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping cost to send items back.
  • Any returns requested after our 15 day return policy will be denied.
  • Orders CANNOT be changed or canceled once the order is placed.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed or marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Store credit will not be issued until we receive the returned item.
  • All clearance/sale items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.

Once we receive your return and process it, you will receive an email with the e-gift card. You can use the e-gift card to pick a new item out or use it however you would like on Jillian Rose Boutique.

Defective Items

  • Please look over your order immediately upon receiving. If you believe you received a defective item, you must contact us with 5 business days of receiving your package. 
  • Send pictures of the defective item to Jillianroseboutique.mn@gmail.com

In the email please state the following:

  • Name
  • Order #
  • Product name
  • Please also state what is wrong with the item, as photos aren't always the best at showing what is wrong with an item

I will get back to you as soon as I see your email and determine what is wrong with the item/items.
